Terms & conditions.

By accessing or using Sportflare (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

• Account creation. To access the dashboard and specific features, you must register using a valid email address or through a supported third-party OAuth provider.
• Responsibility. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We use secure third-party authentication (Supabase), but you must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Onboarding accuracy. During onboarding you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Sportflare is a sports community. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, or objectionable.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or community member.
• Attempt to bypass our security measures (including Google reCAPTCHA) or access areas of the application you are not authorized to access.

• Paid membership. Some features require a paid membership. The current price and billing interval are shown before you subscribe. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Automatic renewal. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using your saved payment method, until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your membership stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
• Price changes. We may change membership pricing. Any change applies from your next billing period, and we will give you reasonable notice beforehand.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and suspend access to membership features until payment succeeds.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

• Withdrawal period. The period expires 14 days after the day the membership contract is concluded (the day you subscribe).
• How to withdraw. To exercise the right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email to our support address). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
• Effect. If you withdraw in time and have not waived the right as described below, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed.
• Immediate access & loss of the right. Membership is a digital service that begins immediately. When you subscribe, you expressly request that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw after the service has begun but before it is fully performed, you must pay an amount proportionate to the service provided up to the point of withdrawal.

• Our content. The Sportflare application, including its original content, features, layout, and functionality, is owned by Sportflare and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• Your content. You retain your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content to provide the Service.

Our platform uses third-party services, including Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and Google reCAPTCHA for security. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms of those providers.

In no event shall Sportflare, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason — including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
